The Samsung 2025 TV lineup was unveiled in Las Vegas at CES 2025. The product has been equipped with groundbreaking technologies for the home to redefine home entertainment. In the new 2025 TVs, the company will expand its anti-glare, matte display technology to more models, including flagship Mini LED TVs, and introduce a suite of AI-powered features branded as “Vision AI.”
The new S95F QD-OLED TV has the most ultra-bright display – 4,000 nits – due to a new panel from Samsung Display. Besides brightening the view, the display comes with an enhanced glare-free coating, reducing any reflections caused by lighting and direct sunlight for perfect viewing. Additionally, its refresh rate can reach 165Hz for ultimate gaming performance without lagging in fast-paced scenarios.
For the first time, Samsung’s Mini LED “Neo QLED” TVs – the flagship 4K QN90F and the 8K models – will feature the anti-glare coating. The QN90F will also go up to a massive 115 inches. To deliver a sharp picture on gigantic screens, Samsung has developed the Supersize Picture Enhancer technology that improves 4K content for larger displays. However, Samsung still does not include Dolby Vision and uses its own HDR technology.
Under the new Vision AI branding, Samsung’s TVs come equipped with AI technologies such as AI Upscaling, Auto HDR Remastering, and Adaptive Sound Pro. Click to Search lets viewers identify actors, filming locations, or outfits with a single click on the SolarCell remote. The TVs also introduce Samsung Food, which recognizes food on-screen and gives related recipes, and Live Translate, which translates closed captions in real time into seven languages.
The company is also expanding its presence in the home security arena with AI Home Security, which uses the microphones in the TV and the connected cameras to detect unusual sounds or movements, sending alerts to users’ phones or TV screens.
There are also improvements on Bixby, the voice assistant of Samsung, which now can perform more than one task at a time and supports control for Galaxy Watch for TV.
Lifestyle TV lovers can also enjoy The Frame Pro, which will offer a slimmer design with many new features.
Pricing information for the 2025 models will be released later this year but will be available this year.
